Heather Smith - Meridian Integrative Health

Heather Smith completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. After years of practicing as a Kinesiologist, she was inspired to further her studies. As a strong academic and lifelong learner, she completed a degree in Osteopathy from the Canadian School of Osteopathy, becoming both a Kinesiologist and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.

Passionate about helping individuals on their healing journeys, Heather integrates the art and science of healing methods in her current practice. She utilizes her therapeutic skills and genuinely kind, supportive demeanor to promote improved health and wellness for her clients.

A proud Shuswap resident, Heather has returned to the place she grew up. Personally, she has a deep appreciation for the biomechanics of powerlifting, training regularly while also prioritizing self-care and time in nature.
