I graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques, Vancouver campus on May 17, 2014. My thesis was on the effect of Global Osteopathic Treatment and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. My background as an overworked tech project manager and programmer left me longing to help our community in a different way. Starting with graduating from Sutherland-Chan massage school in Toronto inspired my love for learning about the human body. I have taken additional courses in Cranial Osteopathy, visceral manipulation, fascial release, lymphaic drainage, muscle energy, self care, remedial exercises (yoga, meditation, ELDOA, nordic pole walking), frequency specific microcurrent, Mechanical Link, and many others for a more holistic approach. My patients are mainly adults and teens, and I am currently accepting new patients for July 2024 and beyond.
